Message Unless you can prove on the spot that one of your bulbs is out, by showing the other signal works, it should be a $200 fine. $300, I don't care. Obviously if it's 3 am on a deserted highway, you don't NEED to use your blinker, and the cop SHOULD use some judgment. But people being pole-smokers in traffic have no excuse. THAT I wouldn't mind having enforced with traffic cameras.
